Window Valet collects as little as it can: only what’s needed to sell you a license and keep it working.

What stays on your Mac

Your layouts, window positions and list of apps never leave your Mac. The app has no analytics or tracking.

What we keep

• Your email and license key, so we can find your purchase and help if you lose your key.
• The Mac your license is activated on: its name (like “Sam’s MacBook Pro”) and a scrambled ID that can’t be turned back into your serial number. This is how one license stays on one Mac.
• When your license was last checked. The app checks with our server from time to time to confirm the license is valid.
• A note, if you leave one when you cancel a trial.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Who else is involved

The website and license server run on Cloudflare, and payments go through Stripe. We don’t sell your information or share it with anyone else.

Your choices

Email 95maudlin-cowries@icloud.com to see what we have about you or ask us to delete it. Deleting it also switches off your license.

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
